Tech Tip: DIY drywall tape and bed

My dad has done it that way for years. I started doing a while ago. Takes some practice to get it right, but a lot better than dust.

I also have the 2 ton HF one. Bought it about four years ago. Pulled a couple of 351 windsors with it as well as a 360 w/ a c4. No problems at all.

    Some new toys

Delta 12 in drill press was $60, made in 1993. Columbian and Dunlap vises were $6 for the both. I got them off Craigslist in Phila. Not bad of a deal. Will clean the vises up and paint them. The drill press was barely used by this guy's father.

I have been using the HF discs for a couple of years, no problems at all. I wear glasses and a full face shield when I grind or cut, of course.

Does anyone have any experience with these tools? They have a traveling sale coming to my area on Monday. Kind of look like Harbor Freight quality. Have some things I could use, shop stuff. Thanks, Luke
