I am building a new garage its 30x30 with 16' tall ceilings. I had the inside done in drywall. I had the walls painted. They sprayed the walls and they got overspray on the floor (concrette). Any suggestions on how to remove it with out damaging the paint?

I am building (stick) a 30x30x10 garage with 2 10x12 doors with vaulted trusses. How much should I expect to pay to have drywall installed? If they supply all materials and labor? I know its a tough question but I am looking for a ball park price. Thanks
