    The Eastwood QST-30/60

Well maybe 3rd times a charm….Eastwood shipped me a new replacement compressor at no charge. My first one was one of the early original pre-buy, the second was what I would guess to be a 2nd generation as it was different under the hood. The 3rd one is the Elite and it has a much bigger...

    The Eastwood QST-30/60

And now my replacement compressor that Eastwood replaced my first unit with has failed with the exact same symptoms as the first one. This second compressor has had less use than the first one ever had. Getting a little frustrated with these compressors, last compressor I has lasted 15 years……

~60 gallon air compressor with sub 48" vertical dimension capable of plasma

I run a CNC plasma table just fine with the Eastwood QST-30/60 with just a 30 gallon tank. I have done some long intricate parts cutting and never ran out of air. Mine cost more but I am extremely happy with mine.

    Harbor freight powdercoat system

I had the Eastwood gun when I started PCing and started buying the expensive bottles. When I upgraded tot the EZ50 gun their bottles are ridiculous in price and a friend sad he used the Ziploc containers to store the powder in and I started using them and they work great, around $2.40 for 2 of...

    The Eastwood QST-30/60

Got the 2 capacitors from Eastwood and installed them and have the exact same situation. As soon as the switch on the compressor is turned on, the breaker in the main panel pops. Plugged my sander in and reset breaker and the sander runs fine. So I am guessing something happened to the...

    The Eastwood QST-30/60

I got one of the early shipments and just a week ago I went to trying it on and the breaker on the main panel popped. And a little smoke came out of the pressure switch. Checked everything out, tested the outlet which was fine and tested with another piece of equipment. Emailed Eastwood and...

Powder coat for medium temp exhaust parts...

I have looked at some high temp powder but never used it yet. Good for 600-1200 degrees and has a 450 degree cure temp. I redid some Fox Racing shocks and wanted something durable without thick buildup like powder for heat retention. I ended up using Cerakote and sprayed it using a cheap HF...

New Hobby Based Langmuir Systems Plasma Table $995

Well I thought I would update since I have had mine a couple months now. I love this thing! I like how I can take my ideas and make them so fast. Well with this I can draw it up in cad, cut it and a bit later I’m done. Today I made a fence for my Ironworker for the brake station. I had been...

    Altendorf Panel Saws- WOW

I bought a Robland Z400 panel saw for my shop probably 18 years ago and they are very nice to work with. It’s still going strong now that my son has taken over the shop.

    The Eastwood QST-30/60

Don’t know why you call it BS... I took a chance and got in on the pre-buy at $999 and it worked out great and now that the price has increased people that didn’t buy are mad. I see you have a Langmuir Crossfire....same thing, did you buy at the introductory price of $999? I didn’t as I wasn’t...

New Hobby Based Langmuir Systems Plasma Table $995

Somebody just posted on their forum that he is adding a z axis. The control board actually has connections for z and a and has 4 open ins an 3 open outs for controlling other things. I always wanted to build one but didn’t want to figure out all the control electronics.
