After the long winter I got going again on this garage build.
Since posting last, I got the electrical complete and inspected. Insulated the 1st floor, and installed a mini split . Working on siding now, which is ~85% done.
Got to add some new tools to the collection for the HVAC and aluminum...

Yes, the soil is very sandy, there is a small stream on the property, I think it was larger at one time. Mostly everywhere you dig it’s just yellow sand and gravel.
