    Look into Sumitomo Blown Fiber. I've worked with it in the past, what a lifesaver it was when dealing with concrete structures. The ability to add/remove/change the fiber as needed is awesome.

    Jawn's drive-under

    Good luck with your purchase Jawn. Acworth resident myself, 24x30 drive under with the same obstacles of ducts and pipes hanging down. I'll be watching this one and will get off my **** to start my own overhaul thread now. Nice to have some locals near me to learn from and possibly help.
