I am currently living in the Northbay Area of California with my wife and two wonderful stepsons.
Ever since metal shop in junior high, I've been passionate about building things with metal. Unfortunately, other interests got in the way and metalworking moved to the back burner.
Later in life, I realized I finally had the resources to set up a metalworking shop. The Aerodrome Studio is the result of that effort. I build aeroplane-inspired objects, using sheet metal and solid rivets.
There are a lot of folks out there who have the desire to build something, but don't have the workshop, tools or skills they need. Once a week, I open up my shop to teach people those techniques. I call this the MāKshop. If you're planning to come to the Northbay area of California, send me a message and I'd be happy to have you come by the studio.
Another passion of mine is cooking and creating recipes. You can see me on MasterChef USA Season 2 (shows 2 & 3).
I routinely teach metalworking skills at regional Metal Meets near me.
