Well it's ¥11,000 for the 3/8" including 10% sales tax, but the ticket has the net price on it for customs I expect. The duty for me is zero, but the VAT is 23% on top. (Ireland). The 1/4" is 8,890 inc. Prices shown on Amazon.co.jp include Japanese sales tax, which is removed on exports. But...

Amazon.co.jp have the NBR390GL and NBR290GL in stock at the moment. I ordered last Saturday and received them Thursday. ¥10,000 (before JP sales tax) for the NBR390GL, ¥8,082 for the NBR290GL
