Final Update: The person that we sold this farm to is wasting no time getting ready to build. It is a personal friend of mine so I swung by today and they already have the footer laid out. Ready to start digging this week. We just closed on it last Friday so like I said, wasting no time...

Apologies for letting this thread die. Big moves happening with this farm, but not in a way that will appeal to my fellow Garage Journal-ers. We are actually in the process of selling this farm. We knew when we bought this place that we got in at a good price, but didn't realize at the time...
