Little progress on BMW today. made up wood dolly using spare heavy duty cabinet wheels Now to get clean up underneath and weld in the extra strength plates. Engine out will happen later, the subframe is not in good shape, will require complete refurb.. but that is fun part.

Project this weekend is working on BMW, got E46 that I race and it needs engine out and rear subframe out to re-enforce areas of metal work... Also got to go buy some pinch weld dollies to then move the car around. Anyone have experience on pinch weld dollies?

well I can share little sneak peak into the Recaro seats - nice photo of one seat done compared the original one in vw. The interior is now completed, complete refresh on seats, cards, dashboard itself and even new steering wheel. Will post more of that this weekend. Rears

Back at the closet again, finished up the other end, with sanding all walls, ceiling, painting, adding wood flooring, trim and of course custom closet units installed. This now completes the closet remodel trying to keep all mess of sanding away from rest of the closet Painting Floor...

I like that, but that is easy to work on compared to the new BMWs now

Just finished reading your whole thread. Amazing progress on garage build and good to see you are learning in the process. Remember every mistake is a way to learn for next time and buying new toys (tools!) is way of life for most of us on here, I do love a new tool to add to the collection and...

First of all, great garage thread. Second really like your RC work, liking the upgrades. One of the things I want to do later this year is getting CNC and 3D printing in place for my projects on vehicles and RCs.
