    Some more.... Not a hex shaft, has more sides...says 7/16 on it. the bigger end is just round inside, overall about 4" long. Some sort of cutting blade. Or torture implement

    I gave up on that pin, It's been there for 50 years, it can stay there. Just got it back from media blasting, came out great! Now I must decide on paint or polish and leave bare.

    I have had a veto XL for over 5 years now. Abuse it daily, they are hands down the best tool bag I've ever seen. Prior to the veto I would go through a bag a year, I've had em all...love my veto! I really like the new tech series they have, been considering getting one, but I can't justify it...

    Thanks for the advise fellas! I am a bit worried about using the press, I'll try soaking it and tapping some more. The nut is moving around a bit, so that's not the hold up. Gotta get it out tonight, my buddy is gonna media blast it for me tomorrow.

    Thanks guys! Tore it down last night. I'm pretty sure there is suposed to be only one lockdown. You can see the pic of the one side where the taper of the lockdown has worn into the base, not present on the other side. The way the swivel is designed with "teeth" when tightened, it holds...
