Has anyone heard of/used Sani-Tred? https://sanitred.com/garage-floor-coating-resurfacing/ Looks like nice stuff, but pretty darn pricy, and you apply it yuorself, ultiple stages of course. Got a quote for a garage just under 1500 sq ft and it was around $6700

Howdy all, I did a search and a few responses came on a thread in 2022, but nothing more recently (that I have found). Has anyone lined all or a good portion of their interior walls with planks/other wood options? If so, how's it working out? Please share your photos for ideas! Thanks in advance

All good points dcg9381. GC does have a big advantage here if he is doing other concrete work. I do see that the plans had footer and GC wants to do insulated monolithic slab. I would assume footers cost much more... It is quite rocky soil. I did clear the space of trees last year but it still...

You might have a good point here. I was thinking of just heating the space with a larger minisplit rather than slab radiant with propane boiler. Only thing we'll be using propane for otherwise will be generator and stove. Maybe I could run a line for hot water over to the garage from the house...
