Had the emotional pleasures of sorting out my passed fathers garage.
He was a mechanic at a local mine by trade, but an absolute pack rat by nature.
That aside and all the challenges that mountains of junk can bring. the most amazing find was an old kitchen stove with an oven full of dynamite...
Installed Rapid Air in a 1200sq ft shop. 6 outlets, ran the pipe a foot from the ceiling and put tees in for the drops.
Could not be happier, no leaks, easy to modify and much easier to install and in the end less expensive than pipe.
Bought a Hd-9 one year ago. It arrived within two weeks, a local company installed it in 1/2 a day and other than a six inch scratch (with one phone call I had a spray can of blue paint delivered in 5 days) I have had zero issues.
Would buy another one without any concerns.
With a similar challenge I did the following.
Insteon wi fi enable single pole switch (They have one that is about 1600 watts)
Insteon wireless battery operated on off switch, wall mount.
Installed the single pole wifi enabled switch in the garage, replacing the regular outdoor light switch...
totally agree, I have two of them and I use them for everything from dealing with nuts and bolts, to drilling holes, to removing or drilling in screws.
The original owner of your home, the builder of the Little Monster, must have had a specific purpose for the building in mind. Any idea what it was?
My guess is a unique home based business that made, stocked and sold something.
