    Ed, Near the Quad Cities, far west of the state... The foundation was dug 36", code in this area called for this since I went to max allowable sq ft of 960. I think from what I recall, over 800 sq ft they wont let you have a floating slab. I would have liked to build bigger, or do 2 buildings...

    more from 6 months ago..... made the workbench out of left over lumber, 16 ft long. the shelf unit on the right was also a salvage item, took it to work and powder coated it, it has a patent stamp in the shelf dividers dated "apr 13 1920"......
