Thanks Matt. One other option I am considering is building a sort of "radiator" with iron pipe and then connecting to rapidair to run through the walls for the nice neat look. The radiator would be 3 or four vertical lengths of iron pipe, with a drain valve on the drops.

Mitch, I used the rapidair 1/2" system when I built a 30*42 garage 10 years ago. It worked fine. It worked fine, except I had lots of condensation issues. I am now building a new 62*40 garage and will need to run air lines. I liked your system but I need a better way to deal with moisture...
