I've been keeping track of this thread for a while, and finally made the move to replace my 888LM controller (dated 10/15). The process to replace it was quick and easy - as noted above, they request a credit card number, but didn't charge it. Thank you to everyone who contributed.

I just received a check (for the correct amount) after a 3-4 week wait. It still shows they can't find my submission online :eyecrazy:

Fair enough. Menards is a bit out of my way, so I don't shop there often enough to have a feel for their policies. I do remember feeling a bit cheated because they had dinged me on (what I thought was) my rebate amount, though. Maybe an exclusion I wasn't aware of? :beer:

Not from what I've seen. I specifically remember that I was less than impressed they had dinged me on their rebate amount. I used a store issued rebate card on a purchase last year, and I only received 11% back on the full purchase price minus my rebate card. If their policy has changed since...

Also, if you go back and buy something during another 11% rebate period, you will NOT receive 11% on that $65 store credit - only the money spent over $65 will apply (If you spend $100, you'll only receive a rebate on $35).
