Bluebolt-The base has a 5/8 hole for the bolt (scaling from afar) so the only thing that may be different is the radius. I'll see about making one here soon.
I'm not even sure how that 403 1/2 came to me but glad I have it. Love the swivel jaws, the design and look of the vises from this time...
The ad says 6" compound vise. Assuming that is the jaw width as it is not a sine vise. Largest compound I've seen. If it was $250 less I'd say thanks for the lead. :-)
