I did read through that article, which prompted the question, along with a prompt from an EE friend. Wood frame building with metal roof and 14' ceiling is the building style.

I'm installing a metal ceiling in my barn and was wondering if it needs to be grounded in some fashion for the lighting install? Can't seem to find anything clear in the code. Thoughts?
