now that you have had it for a while, how do you get the dust/dirt out of the slots when it drops in? or is that not an issue? or do you just hose it out? we have a condo, cant hose it out, but like the look so trying to figure out if it would work or not

we bought a place that has a 16' sectional garage door and a mandoor in the center. At the top of that mandoor there is a sensor (to stop the opener from working when its open.) That sensor is attached to the opener the problem is, they put a wire reel on it, and the way they installed it...
