QuickJack - for those of you wondering

$999, maybe that's if you get it in the store. Online Costco is $1099 for 5000 series quickjack. https://www.costco.com/QuickJack-5%2c000-LB-Capacity-Portable-Car-Lift.product.100460313.html# finger on the trigger :Gun1:

QuickJack - for those of you wondering

I talked to them, QuickJack at Corvettes at Carlisle and they told me to do that. Didn't end up buying till I have the right project but came close. But more so you do this so you can re-connect the hoses easier not really as it has to do with leaking.

QuickJack - for those of you wondering

I'm saying that the problem you describe should not happen if the frames are locked. And if you notice leak then DON'T KEEP LIFTING. Unlikely any lift will just start leaking when locked. same for two post four post whatever.

QuickJack - for those of you wondering

Fine but... they seem to sell a lot of them - ive been watching this product for a while- and this doesnt seem to be a problem. I am guessing that anyone with that problem did not pressurize the cylinders. Have you worked with hydraulic before? No if there is a little leaking you are fine just...

Choosing a 2 post lift. One size fits all?

If you want to do it all, check out a 4 post. I'm happy with my bendpak HD9 and I can park on it too. Might want the casters to keep it mobile.

Backyard Buddy has a new owner

According to the article Backyard Buddy sells 350 lifts a year and their goal is to make 500. So the new goal is sell 150 more this year, yet they've been around forever. How do they pay or hire anyone? If you don't see any bad reviews it's probably because they don't sell enough anyway. :lol...

    The Harbor Freight PASS/FAIL Thread...

Support local business. Unless it's HF. HA! In that case, just go from amazon and read customer reviews. And LEAVE customer reviews each and every time. My two cent. https://www.amazon.com/Harbor-Freight-Tools/pages/8469238011

Bendpak 14k vs. Rotary 14k (4-post lift questions)

Mind blown. Two giants knocking heads. Who gets burned? :flamethro Since I finally put up for the HD-9, looking forward to Bendpak showing up for itself. Impressive.

Got a Bendpak XPR-10AXLS lift installed today

:lol_hitti Dummy me for not checking their own website first. http://www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/two-post-lifts/xpr-10axls According to their spec sheet, this lift actually does lift higher? So that's why taller columns? M - Max Lift Height (3" Adapter): 81.5" - 83.5" / 2,070 mm – 2,121 mm

Got a Bendpak XPR-10AXLS lift installed today

Does the extra height on the columns actually let cars lift higher or is it taller so trucks or something with a tall roof can be lifted? Probably not as necessary for your Mustangs unless the arms go further up and you're a tall guy, to get underneath and work.

    Symmetrical 2-post lift question

Hope I don't ruffle any feathers, just thought it might be helpful. Regardless of what lift, I haven't seen convincing evidence BendPak is bad or unsafe. If it came down to two equal choices and one was half the price, I'd wonder why the other is twice as much. ALL things being equal or close to...
