That is definitely the reason I was looking into Proto. I was wanting more of a daily use wrench that wouldn’t chew up fasteners. I’ve used the craftsman overdrive wrenches before and they do score bolts if it’s tight enough.

Thank you for the insight. I was just assuming since I’m only looking at photos online. Yes I agree, that metallurgy is more than likely different. SBD probably just sent their template overseas and had them make it on a budget for the average consumer.
