Hey! I was going to "borrow" those same cabinets from work. They look great. I like your metalized/permatized walls.

I have 10 walls too. I used T-111 for the lower 4' line and 1/2 sanded plywood with the grain running horizontally for the remaining 6'. For the 4' split line and the plywood seams I used 1x3's. I also put a shelf all the way around at the 8' line. It looks really good. NOTE.....I tried...
