Mastercraft Maximum 12V Dual Touch Impact(triggerless)

Here's how marketing works for these kinds of tools. A manufacturer in China (1 of many offering a similar product) offers a new product. His agent and the North American distributor's buyer (Canadian Tire, Harbor freight, etc.) get in touch and decide to do business together (usually the...

A little reorganisation of my home garage

I have a similar problem. I would suggest buying a garden hose cart that you would use to wind up your hose. With a quick connect attached to the hose and spout, you can then roll it in place when you need it or remove it when not necessary.

    Small Two Car Operation

Very nice garage. If I would have to describe it, I would call it a "tinker-er" garage. Very homey. The choice of colour is great. I like slow-pokes idea about the small bench top tools. They take up so much space. A rack would give you more floor space. P.S. Until I saw your garage, I had a...

    Mat's small 2 car garage

Thanks guys! I'm pretty sure I'm going to start with the lighting (ceiling and electrical). Making it less "cave-like" will make it more enticing to work in during the winter. I also found that I would always try to open the garage doors to see better. The floor is really more of a cosmetic...

    Shawn's 32x32 two story Garage

Eleven! And some of them are not being used! I don't know how you do it. Part of it would definately be set aside for the next garage sale. You could try storing just a couple of tool chests in the living room. ;) Good job on the insulating project! You are very patient and dedicated.

And now for something COMPLETELY different...

I like this Frankenstein van better:Never enough But that's still pretty cool. It's funny. These cool cars appear sometimes out of the blue from some crazy idea, or bet, or whatever. These guys usually work alone and don't care what other people think. Then one day, they bring it to a car...

Mastercraft Tool Chest going on sale

I have the 26" wide top, intermediate and bottom Mastercraft tool chests. I know these aren't the best quality but for my use (weekend mechanic) it was perfect. I say was because of course, they're now full. I've looked at the Mastercraft Maximum Euro-style chests and found that they would fit...

    Townhouse 2-car

Nice garage. Just wanted to chime in to warn you to be careful on placement of Vise. Make sure it doesn't come into contact of any drawers below the bench when the bar is drooping down. I made that mistake and really regret not thinking it thru. Keep up the great work!

My dream garage under way, 28x32

When I was a kid, we had a neighbor who had a dumptruck with 6 axles. Then, he added another axle (most likely for reason stated above). It was added behind the front axle just about below the cab. It had wheels that would turn. Nobody believed that modification was possible... I still wonder...

    After the cleanup

I really like what you're doing with your garage. I can't wait for a photo with an overview (like from outside the door). But I certainly understand that winter isn't great for those kinds of pictures... The only thing that is really bugging me (and I'm surprised you can stand it yourself), is...
