I can't believe I fell for the "ON SNAP IN RAIL"

Sorry Mate!!! I say its a lesson learned and move on. I have found amazing things because people spell things wrong or in foreign languages. Let it be and pay more attention next time. And yes i think there should be a breathalyzer on e-bay. Nothing worse than coming home the next day and...

At one time timken had a huge plant here in columbus ohio, The buildings are gone and so are the jobs. As far as NGK I think they make a very high quality bearing probably second only to swiss! I had the XT and felt it was very cumbersome I found myself reaching for my MG31 more often. I was...

There are three models MG725, MG725L (which I imagine is long shank) and MG725P(which would be the pinned anvil). I cannot get ahold of my friend to find out if it has anvil stop. However I dont see why they would exclude that feature. And it is still sitting on the kitchen table, im far to...

I hope the pictures above help! my MG31 is in the shop so from memory it uses the XT7100 trigger and the MG 31 control design. while the MG31 pretty much fills my hand the MG725 is about the standard size of the old IR231 weighs alot less, and is considerably smaller than the XT7100.

Hello, I mentioned in the mg31 thread. That a close friend of mine works as a machinist at Snap On's Natick Mass. Air tool factory and that with the exception of the bearings(NGK) everything else is made in the U.S.A. Well as you can imagine I by default have to support my Union Brothers job. So...

    SK Pro-Gun 3/8 impact or Snap-On MG31

I have a very close friend who works as a machinist for snap on at the Natick Mass. plant, Where all the Snap On air tools are made. I can promise with the exception of the bearings, they are Made in the U.S.A. Why are the bearings foreign made? Because there is no longer a bearing manufacturer...

Snap on - Gifts for buying tools

Everytime I climb into the truck I ask what's on special, I always ask what deal he will give me for cash purchase, and what freebies he has. Granted I run up 1000+ in truck credit 4+times a year. And never miss a payment. He usually gives me double the freebies one for my son and one for me...

    Miller Thunderbolt 225. Any Experience?

Greg, I have a thunderbolt 300 AC/DC machine it is a outstanding light industrial machine and you will love welding DC. I have never used it to sever. A recommendation when you first bring it home blow out the machine and grease the shunt block. For what its worth my machine has a 90% duty cycle...

    Beta Tools

I understand, Its hard to invest that kind of money on a set of wrenches that you cannot touch, I borrowed a flat tip screwdriver while having trouble at the track, And liked the way it felt in my hand, studied their construction, went home and ordered the set. They included a nice catalog. The...
