How much cheaper is pole construction?

I plan on doing most of the constuction myself, site is relatively level but some fill will be needed. See if i can post some pics

Hey GJ, I am planning on building a 3 car garage this summer. I am located in New Brunswick canada, and am wondering if i could build a 26x40, insulated story and a half for 20000$ Or is this a pipe dream. matt
