This box has been for sale for a LONG time. I want to say the ask started out a lot higher.
It's not even the most unreasonable one locally. Higher price, less details in a local ad paper:

MATCO BIG SIX...
I had the Husky branded version of this. 41" wide, not super deep. All the plastic detents in mine broke so you had to lock it so the drawers would stay closed.
Cleveland?
My dad got some reduced shank US-made HSS bits from Northern Tool a few years ago that are also high quality. I think that was under the old Northern Industrial brand.
Huot is the index manufacturer, they don't make or brand drill bits to my knowledge. Earlier in the thread it is stated all bits are marked "Made in USA".
I actually have that set that is at Kmart. Tips are pretty soft and they don't seem to carry replacements. I might have needed the next size up but I haven't been real happy with them.
They're the best I've used, though I haven't tried some of the more recent stuff like the new Snap-On and German brands (Wiha, etc). I've had a set that's seen decent use for around 8-10 years, haven't felt the need to replace any yet, they've stayed pretty sharp.
