I would too. Value is "bang for your buck" and these appear to be able to accept any level of usage you can muster.

So what? What you actually placed value on was not having to buy any of the tools that you used, not the high price tag Snap on has compared with the lower priced and equally "valuable" tools. Value is in layman's terms "bang for your buck".

Ask and sell prices are very different. And this one isn't even US made as the USA stamp is nowhere to be found.

In today's world, it's about value. Snap on is decreasing rapidly in value because Taiwanese tool making has made excellence more affordable, or in other words, valuable.
