got another bike running on its own after complete carb cleaning and rebuild, adjusted idle, sync'd carbs, put the fuel tank and seat back on before calling it quits for the night. hopefully tonight there is time for a test ride. 5 out of 7 running, not bad.

removed the rear brake system on my 84 Venture. whole system was caked up with dried brake fluid from sitting so long. hoping to tear the m/c apart and get it working again. if not, looks like a rebuild is in my future.
