    Yes I agree, that is the plan. I did this work in between jobs with my guys, I’m a roofer by trade. Once i have more time I will add bracing and set up my lift. I appreciate these forums. I came from the hamb forum.

    This was a cheap way for me to install my 2 post lift and add some storage. My town is a real pain and I doubt I would be able to build what I want if I tore it down. The plan is to add a small standing seam aluminum roof over th door to break it up a bit.

    You are right. A deck should be built if this is going to be used space. Those interlocking pads are a great easy fix too. Tpo/pvc with a small amount of frost or wet enough it’s very slippery lol

    Hey. I lay down tpo and epdm everyday. Tpo is very strong. It’s a reinforced membrane. It sounds like it will work where you are trying to roof but keep in mind it is white. Not good to install next to any windows with the reflectivity. There is a grey tpo available also. I believe the...
