Got it, makes sense. I guess I will have to get some quotes and then make a decision on the money spent on pouring the slab/heat vs just doing drains. The heated slab would sure make things nicer and dry things out faster.
The existing slab is solid yes. The openings is my biggest concern with pouring the 2nd slab. I can modify a man door easy enough but I'm not sure how it'd work with the two garage doors. Gradual slope towards the door to meet with the existing slab? What would the dowels be used for?
