Well, last Friday a friend came with his dozer, removed all the stumps, and dug the pad. I was all set to have an excavator with a 30" auger delivered Friday to drill all the holes, and it's rained for 4 1/2 days straight so far.... Ugh, looking like I'm going to cancel the excavator until next...

Not to get into the Downstate / Upstate battle, but Upstate starts some where near Westchester. We are in Horseheads and are unquestionably in "Upstate". Wife grew up in Warwick and they'll fight ya even if you call them downstate.... :ROFLMAO:
