How much flake was that (how many lbs of flake and how much surface area)? Also, would you consider the flake size to be "fine"?

The garage floor was covered by construction supplies when we saw the house last so I couldn't get a good look at the complete floor but it appeared nice and flat and crack free.

Is this a good deal on 24" x 24" porcelain tiles? $350 OBO for 425 sq. ft. of StonePeak tile I was going to go with Epoxy-Coat + clear on my new construction 2 car garage but this craigslist tile + thinset and mortar may work out to be the same price as the Epoxy-Coat. Thoughts?
