Is the groove the o-ring fits into rectangular or square cross section? If so can you accurately measure the width and depth. I see in your original post you provided dimensions of the o-ring itself but it is likely deformed now or as o-ring people say "taken a set." By knowing the groove...
I am in Charlotte, NC and my driveway and all neighboring driveways look exactly like that after about 6 years. It is from red clay getting mixed in with the concrete when poured. The red clay isn't mixed in on purpose but because it sticks to everything (tools, tires, boots, etc...) it...
What is being used to finish the **** joints on your siding? I can't tell from the photos but it looks like some kind of plastic trim piece. Here in North Carolina they just leave them open and flash behind them and after a few years the **** joints look terrible.
Likely a no go for this situation but I figured I would share this trick I have used before. A broken tap that is wedged into gummy non-ferrous material can be removed with the help of acid. The acid will partially dissolve the steel tap to the point that it can be backed out. The trick is to...
I saw the Starrett wire cutters mentioned in a guitar forum when I was initially searching this but I didn't know they were that expensive!

I bought a pair of Fiskars bypass pruners over the weekend because I had a gift card to a big box store. They were $22 and probably couldn't even cut through warm butter...very disappointing cutting edge.
After a quick search it appears Felco is the top of the heap in quality but also price...

Is the swivel on the Suttner ST-2305 202305616 the same as the swivel on the Mosmatic 29.132?
I agree with APEowner, that is unless someone (or multiple someones) is breaking his setup in the middle of a job. If that is the case then they deserve to be beat with a large heavy object.
I use Dawn for washing parts because I have found Palmolive and other brands have additives to moisturize your hands that leave a film behind. This is especially a concern when trying to pass a water break test.
I prefer to use a regular 3/8 ratchet on spark plugs with crush washers. I make it a point NOT to use a torque wrench on these as I want to "feel" the washer being completely crushed and then I stop before over stressing the soft threads on the head. I have found that using a torque wrench...
