Hey Carson, Those are just two different size magnets I put together to make those holders. The larger rectangle magnet the picks lay on is one piece, then I used smaller rectangle magnets to create dividers on the larger magnet; it works surprisingly well.

This is my tool cart from 2013, I've since moved on to a Snap on KRL 722 and this cart resides at my house; the current pictures of it aren't nearly as cool.
