Toy Hauler door failure and repair.

I used thin aluminum sheeting. Honestly I don't know that thicker is better in this case, mine is very strong with no sponginess.

    Mr Heater Big maxx/wifi thermostat

Going about this with a completely different idea. If the wired setup works, then one could use a wifi device to control the power input to the heater. Turn the power on and the thermostat will already be set for heat. Not a fix but a solution perhaps.

Toy Hauler door failure and repair.

I decided to use aluminum do to weight and thought it will last a lifetime. All total the materials weighed 216lbs. I was worried that this would be heavy to lift for one person when attached. But it is doable and I have one more spring ordered to add to it. I used 1/8" thick tubing and tread...

Toy Hauler door failure and repair.

I recently bought a toy hauler to leave setup at the lake, this way I can have a place to park my Harley when I ride down. It was one of those perfect sunny days, dinner on the smoker and rain in the forecast for the next day. So I figured I would park the bike inside. This was the first time I...

Mr Heater Big Maxx won't ignite

This one is fixed, thank you for all the replies and sanity checks. We all believe that the inducer coming on is step 1 of the sequence. But in fact it isn't. So what is step one of the controller, I have found that it does circuit checks prior to the inducer coming on. And this is where my...

Mr Heater Big Maxx won't ignite

Showkey I can see the change in the voltage output 0 to 24v of the pressure switch when I apply a slight pressure on the hose. So I can't think that this is the problem.

Yes I agree that the induce must run first, it is free and will run if I unplug a limit switch while it is the lock out state. Here is my thought, The controller is doing a circuit check prior to starting the inducer. Checking that the circuits are pulled up or down in the rest state, if all...

Mr Heater Big Maxx won't ignite

My big maxx worked perfectly last year. It is hooked up to natural gas. When the t-stat is turned on and up it will not operate the inducer motor, nor try to complete the ignition sequence. It flashes a code 2 which indicates system lockout, inability to maintain a flame. Though it never reaches...
