37-year-old SAHM who was raised by parents who did almost everything for themselves. Father was a pipefitter and millwright, did all auto, electrical, plumbing (of course!), carpentry... Learned a lot from the old man, but he passed away recently and I still have knowledge to obtain.
Loving husband is awesome spouse, amazing dad, great provider, but not too handy, so I need all the advice I can get. I do the repairs and he takes the kids to the park (a break I always need!). People may think it's weird, but it works for us and I wouldn't have it any other way!
