It is about 12 feet high. The attic lift looks like a reasonable option - has anyone used it in the past?

Would a regular contractor build something like this? I have zero skills so if this is going to happen I need to find someone to pay to do it. The truth is Id rather some commercially available application rather than fabricate something.

My bikes are from 350-600. I would be looking at 800-1K pound capacity I suppose

We recently moved into a house with a detatched two story garage. I would like ot use the second story for motorcycle storage and need a way to get the bikes up to the second floor. Can anyone point me in the direction of an economical option for such a thing? Thanks!
