You should be able to rent a pulsating vac at your rental yard. These are basically modified shop vacs that the filter pulsates to keep the fine dust from clogging the filter.

Yes I agree with Fred look just a bit harder and you will find some not so nice things about those products. On the flip side you will find bad things about most any product if you look hard enough. Fred is right on 28 days is fully cured and still need proper preparation.....
