I think I am going to go ahead and save myself the trouble and just fork out the 10k than. I am thankful for everyones advice here, it has helped me more than you know. While I am here does anyone think its a bad idea with the 24 foot length to have two 10 foot wide garage doors?

So looking at $5000... With the rip out and footers is $10000 in the ball park? Seems crazy expensive

Hi everyone, I received a quote to have old 18x30 concrete ripped out and replaced with a new 40x24 with footers and all said and done $10000. Does this sound reasonable to you guys? I live outside of Philadelphia in the suburbs. Thanks!
