If you're looking at the Bendpak P-6, note the lift pads are, as I recall, only 57 inches long. If that spans the fore-aft distance between the vehicle's jackpoints, you're good. Or, if the car can sit on the chassis pinch welds, that's ok. But, cars needing more than 57" and with plastic...

If you can stomach cutting the floor, think about flush mounting the lift. No tripping over it, doesn't lit how you use the floor space when it's down. Bendpak has a slightly different model of the one you're looking at, that's designed to be flush mounted.
