I’ve had a ton of issue with start capacitors on air compressors. Try this one, it was a fit for 3 different air compressors I have.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I talked to Sullivan Paletek. They said I for sure have a aftermarket and wrong motor on the compressor. They wanted $3300 for a replacement. That's not feasible since I have $4k already into this used compressor.

Rented the above Hilti Jack hammer and it worked great. Had it cleared out in about an hour.

A Zoller might work but you would have to remove the wheel. If you dress the wheels on the machine you just need it to be flat to the work piece.
Can you just do cuts on a sample piece of metal and take it to a surface plate? Or cmm? If it’s cnc you can make a program and just run it each time...
