Sorry to hear you are having trouble, I'm excited to apply my kit but slightly less so now. Do you think the coat of 8400 was too thin since you only used 1 of the 3 gal supplied? What's the coverage rate per gallon? Hope the reapplication yields results you're happier with!

Just under an acre but the lot is 2x wider than it is deep. The shop will only be 10-15ft from the house/garage. A large patio is planned as an extension to the shop as our septic system prevents us from extending the back patio on the house. Appreciate the feedback, gents.
