Finally! We have heat :) I recently had a natural gas 45k BTU Lennox Unit installed that has no problem keeping up when the doors are open, is quiet, and maintains a steady temperature. I'm super happy with this unit.

Great space! I've been super happy with my Moduline cabinets. They come in all kinds of colors (although I went with black) as you can see in my pics. Possibly an opportunity to add some color to that wall..say gloss red? :) ~M
