Hello, I am planning to do garage floor paint and looking for a better quality product. Rust-Oleum RockSolid looks better than EpoxyShield but not sure RockSolid is solvent based or not? Can someone tell me that what is Polycuramine? IS it solvent based? Regards, Mike
