    how do you store your engine hoist?

    The engine hoist was a pain in the rear to store when not needed, Sooo. I installed on it 3 small casters. 2 in the bottom part And 1 on the top part. Note that I attached the tower to keep everything in place, I used the pump bar. All was left to do was to lay the hoist on the casters...

    I like those rack shelving stuff. Found some real cheap, installed them and hid them, Didn't like the industrial look they had. But these things are rock solid.

    very cool shop. I agree with Hostile, big tools on wheels or casters. I dont have any plans either, I dont want a plan! I just let the work I do, or the habits I have dictate where the tools most frequently used will be stored. Then I figured where to put cabinets.
