You know your geography! We are near all of these, but more rural on 10 acres, away from the cities. We prefer to be able to walk outside and see stars instead of street lights...

Well, you're in a great area too! I love San Diego, too. I lived in Mission Beach and PB while attending Grossmont College, then UCSD before moving east.

West side. I dropped a marker in the middle of Torch lake, and moved my focus due east until the $$$$$ for land turned to $ :) That's where I can afford to build.
