Well, it doesn’t work that way. That will not provide proper protection.
You need one breaker, such as a 50amp self resetting or a manual reset breaker.

Serviced my 9000 watt generator, added an exhaust mod for venting out the side of shop.
Set up for aux power if power outage.
These Champion generators are priced right but mechanically loud! When needed I’ll run it in the shop to spare the neighbors the noise.
