They don't do the rebate for online orders, only when purchased in-store. They don't appear to stock these at any of my local HD stores (either the comfort/multi or standard grips).

The website for me shows the $45.71 price in the cart. Unsure if this is a sale/discount or the normal price. It's pretty common with many of their Knipex items showing a lower price in cart due to minimum advertised price requirements.

Their website is registered in fu jian, China, and they don't list a city for their "contact" info in Minnesota. Also, "We Work All the Holidays". I'll let you be the judge for that.

It's definitely up to the cashier. I've had ones that will put every item into the bag to make sure they fit, and I've also not even grabbed one and the guy gave me the discount on my entire cart full of HVAC fittings.

Have seen the standard green set go on sale on Amazon for ~$25, so a special edition set with a bottle opener for $35 ain't bad IMHO.
