I have a wilton baby bullet vise that does not have a date, but there are 2 M marks on the vise Any guesses on the date of manufacture

Overseas Jack Rebuild Help Tutorial.
Hiball, I have a Hein-Warner 2 ton Hydraulic Service Jack, Part code 68041 or 68401 S2. The release valve gear, part # 68152 is missing several teeth. Do know where I can get a replacement gear? Thanks, Mike
