I watched an electrician friend of mine change a service at the weatherhead live, because it was a lot easier than having the power company disconnect it at the pole. IIRC, he didn't use insulated tools, but I do recall him standing on a rubber mat on the roof. No thanks! IIRC, my Red Wing...
