I just purchased Empire steel building 40x80 clear span for 52K without garage doors or concrete. Price seems a little high.

I just got a quote for a 40x80 $23,160 for footings 19,200 for concrete (4,000 PSI) I will still need to bring in fill material and excavation. I wasn't expecting the footing price to be that much.

The only time I have purchased from China (Hong Kong) was using ebay. I have done this maybe 20 times. I have never had a problem. The quaility has been ok. Hope this helps.
